Why should you avoid gluten in your daily diet?
It’s a stated fact that Auto-immune diseases does not interact well with food containing gluten. Many people have seen the benefits of excluding gluten in their diet when it comes to Thyroid issues or Fibromyalgia. Not only will you see the difference on your weight scale you will also feel less pain, more balanced and less bloated. It’s a hard diet to follow since there are Wheat flour in almost everything that is processed in the grocery shop today. In southern parts of Europe you’ll even find wheat flour in diary products (!).
